Plans, sets, weights, durations, body weight, preferences, limitations and coaching conversations are stored locally. Exported backups contain the corresponding data; store and share them carefully. After you allow training-data sharing and send a message, the selected model service receives the conversation, training preferences including limitations, plans, and workout or exercise details read as needed for that request. Hydration, medication and legacy routine-reminder records are not sent as coaching context. The Drea Aker channel relays requests to DeepSeek and retains operation receipts for billing, lookup and recovery. With a custom provider, requests go directly to your selected service. Third-party processing and retention follow that provider's policies. Sign-in and registration use Drea Aker's shared account service for email, account details, authentication, Token balances, usage and recharge records. Notification permission supports training, rest and routine reminders you enable and can be disabled in system settings. Bundled exercise photos and videos work offline. Manage plans, records, conversations and backups in the app, and initiate shared-account or guest deletion under About → Delete account. Account deletion does not automatically remove local training data or backups you saved. Necessary transaction, security and consumed-trial records may be retained.
